Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

Important:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any refund, replacement, or damaged product request.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product upon delivery.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Return Window

Customers must report any eligible issue within 4 days of delivery.

Size Exchange

  • One-time free size exchange is available.
  • Subject to stock availability.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for approved return and exchange requests.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized or altered products
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
